Benefits of Using Profile
Multi-tasking: Profile allows you to open multiple windows on any number of patients, at any one time, without having to close a window or finish a task before accessing another. At the front desk you're trying to complete an invoice, update patient address details, book an appointment. In the clinical room you may be wanting to print a repeat script, access your patient's daughter's file and check who has arrived in the waiting room all at once. Profile is designed to work the way you work rather than forcing you to work like a computer.
Financials:
The power of the software is within the coding. The invoicing and service codes allow for in depth line by line analysis of your procedures. This functionality can be simple or more complex depending on your requirements.
Appointments:
Appointments can be set up on a daily, weekly and monthly cycle per provider. They can be customised to meet your exact needs, even if each day has a different appointment requirement. Appointments can be set up according to the type of consultation; this can further be analysed based upon the service code used to designate the medical procedure for further data analysis.
Patient Database:
The patient database age/sex register has the ability to be customised by your practice.
Drug Database:
The Drug Database (MIMS) includes generic and brand information that will interact with your clinical notes and problem list to include alerts for indications, contra-indications and interactions.
Data Transfer:
The data transfer process is the most complex element to implementation. It is recommended that should you wish to go ahead with Profile and have elements of your data transferred that we have a copy of the data, the copy of the program and the exact data fields that you wish to transfer. The complexity and time required will determine cost.
HelpDesk Support:
We offer 24 hour, 7 days per week HelpDesk Support, included in your monthly software licence and support fee. During business hours, we offer a toll free number and after hours we offer a mobile service. There are no additional fees for the HelpDesk Consultants time.
Software Upgrades:
Our Company policy is to offer free software upgrades to the latest practice management software to enable you to keep up to date with the latest technological developments.
Installation & Training:
It is important to spend time training the staff on new software. Within the recommended training period (to be agreed) with you, we will put together a training schedule. We can offer one-on-one or one-on-group training. We will customise our training program to meet your specific requirements.
