Intrahealth’s updated services pricing will take effect March 31, 2019 and will be posted on the Self-Service Centre in early March. We are increasing our support and maintenance prices this year to support our commitment to growing research and development. For customers who haven’t had a rate increase in a while, this increase may be significant. Being conscious of market prices and services, we recognise that our support and maintenance fee is low. We intend to keep it that way while also delivering the value and improvements that our customers want.
